This cylinder came out of Millers race boat . It was made prior to 2004 and is in perfect condition. It's barely visible under the exhaust crossover. It fits in the factory spot  and eliminates all the extra linkage that others have.

This is not a replacement for the factory electric up/ down VTS.

This system provides the down movement of the steering nozzle by pulling in the          handlebar lever to keep the bow down during take off.

Releasing the lever allows the nozzle to return to the neutral position.

The cylinder adjustment rod can be adjusted to make the neutral position lower            than neutral but not higher to fit your riding style.

DOT 4 Brake Fluid is not included and can be purchased at any automotive outlet.
